company registered under the company’s Act
1956 having its Head office at 20 / 6 ,
Nuchem Compound Mathura Road, Faridabad (Haryana)
was incorporated in the year 2006 by a group
of seven renowned personalities of the city
of Faridabad, the fastest emerging town of
National Capital Region of Delhi.
All the promoters are having long experience
in field of Real Estate Development ranging
from 15 to 25 years in addition to
manufacturing and service sectors. Sh.
Basant Virmani, is also having experience in
the field of town planning, administration
and has good connections with the officials
including the Government of Haryana.
M/s SPR Buildtech Ltd. has purchased land
admeasuring 10.256 acres at Village Bhatola
in Sector 82, Faridabad and Sale Deed
executed in its favour. The company has
obtained necessary license bearing no. 1264
dated 31/10/2006 for development of the said
land into a Group Housing Colony from the
Director Town and Country Planning Haryana,
Chandigarh. The building plans have also
been sanctioned by the competent authority
vide memo no. 23580 dated 17.9.2007. The
company has also been issued ‘No Objection’
Certificates by all the concerned
departments detailed hereunder:

The Company is engaged in security land bank
after proper surveys for various activities
like Industrial town , Commercial projects ,
I.T. Parks , Corporate offices and is having
a research done on having Malls in Semi –
Rural Sector catering to the needs of
villages in all spheres from Agro equipment
, feeds to their daily need requirements.
The Company is targeting a turnover of 1000
crores in next 2 years looking into the
economic growth of the Company.
