NOTE:
Prices are firm and esclation free

Prices indicated above are subject
to revision at the discretion of the
Company. Prices ruling on the date
of Booking shall be applicable.
The above prices are Exclusive of
External Development Charges (EDC) &
Infrastructure Development
charges(IDC). At present these
charges are (Rs.125/- + 16 )
Rs.141/- per sq.ft. In case of any
upward revision thereof or any other
charges by any Govt.Agencies in
future, the same will be recovered
on pro -rata basis.
Other charges are indicated in the
Buyer Agreement shall be payable
additionally.
The Payment due for construction
link Plan on the basis of present
stage of Construction shall be paid
within 30 days of booking and the
balances shall be paid as per
construction done at site.
Project will be completed within 36
months from the allotment date with
penalty clause.
Registration Stamp Duty and other
charges as applicable would be
payable by the allottee at the time
of execution of sale deed, which
shall be extra.
Any additional facility, if provided
will be charged extra.
The above area are super -built up
area which includes covered plus
proportionate share of common area
such as stair case, passage,
community space, lift facilities
etc.
All building plans, layout,
specifications etc. are tentative
and subject to variation and
modification as decided by the
Company or competent authority
sanctioning such plans.
All Cheques/ DD should be made in
favour of "SPR Buildtech Ltd"
